采用三维造型软件Pro/ENGINEER建立全液压凿岩钻机钻臂实体模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析。通过对ANSYS Workbench后处理数据进行分析,得出4种典型工况下全液压凿岩钻机钻臂应力分布情况,为全液压凿岩钻机钻臂的进一步优化提供了依据。
The full-hydraulic drill rig boom model was established by using Pro / ENGINEER software. The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used for the finite element analysis. By analyzing the post-processing data of ANSYS Workbench, the stress distribution of the boom of the full hydraulic drilling rig under four typical conditions is obtained, which provides the basis for the further optimization of the drilling arm of the full hydraulic drilling rig.
