磨具硬度为磨具的重要特性之一。准确地测定硬度和正确地选择硬度将能充分发挥磨具的磨削效能。因而各国的砂轮厂家和研究单位对硬度的定义和测量方法进行了很多研究,力求找出能确切地反映出磨具磨削性能的硬度定义和测量方法。近年来,以磨具的动弹性模量来表征磨具的硬度,被认为是较能确切地反映磨具磨削性能的一种方法。个别的作者甚至在模拟砂轮实际工作情况下去测定单颗磨粒的动弹性模量。
Abrasive hardness of abrasive one of the important features. Accurately determine the hardness and the correct choice of hardness will be able to give full play to abrasive grinding performance. Therefore, grinding wheel manufacturers and research institutes in various countries have done a lot of research on the definition and measuring method of hardness, trying hard to find out the hardness definition and measuring method which can accurately reflect the abrasive grinding performance. In recent years, the dynamic modulus of abrasives to characterize the hardness of abrasive is considered to be a more accurate reflection of abrasive grinding performance of a method. Individual authors even measured the dynamic modulus of elasticity of a single abrasive particle even in the actual working condition of the simulated grinding wheel.
