Fe3O4纳米颗粒材料是具有铁磁特性、高表面活性和生物相容性的低成本纳米材料,在磁流体、催化剂、磁记录和生物技术等多方面具有广阔的应用前景.采用水介质中电弧放电这一简易方法,通过工艺优化制备出了大量高纯度的Fe3O4纳米颗粒.研究发现,所制备的纳米颗粒呈较完整的球形,结晶度好,粒径范围在10~30nm之间,尺寸分布均匀,平均粒径约为20nm.该纳米颗粒的饱和磁化强度约为64.97emu/g.研究结果表明,能连续进行合成反应的水介质电弧法是一种低成本、高产量的制备高纯度Fe3O4纳米颗粒的新方法.
