前列腺癌(PCa)在我国中老年男性人群中的发病率和死亡率都有升高的趋势。目前诊断前列腺癌的无创性检查有血清PSA、直肠前列腺指检、超声及MRI等,这些方法对前列腺癌早期诊断的效能都不高。长链非编码RNA(lnRNA)是基因转录产生的>200bpd的非氨基酸编码mRNA群体,被认为部分参与基因表达调控。有的lnRNA是前列腺癌细胞特异或相对特异的表达产物,被认为是潜在的诊断早期前列腺癌理想的生物标志。本文介绍了目前lnRNA在诊断前列腺癌方面的最新研究进展。
Prostate cancer (PCa) in our country in the middle-aged male population morbidity and mortality have increased. The current diagnosis of non-invasive examination of prostate cancer serum PSA, digital rectal examination, ultrasound and MRI, these methods are not very effective in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer. Long chain non-coding RNA (lnRNA) is a non-amino acid-encoding mRNA population of> 200 bp generated by gene transcription and is thought to be partially involved in gene expression regulation. Some lnRNA is a specific or relatively specific expression product of prostate cancer cells and is considered as an ideal biomarker for the diagnosis of early stage prostate cancer. This article describes the current research advances in lnRNA in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
