目前初轧厂钢锭加热制度存在不少问题。为了探讨新的加热制度,1981年4月我们对低合金钢的加热温度、加热时间、煤气消耗以及钢锭烧损等有关工艺参数进行了测定。我们选择了两罐20MnSi低合金钢并在蓄热式均热炉进行了两种不同操作加热工艺对比试验。乙罐是按照现有的常规加热制度,用电子计算机数学模型的操作程序进行烧钢。丙罐是用人工操作,按照新的加热方法进行烧钢。试验结果表明,两种不同加热方法,经济效果显然不同,乙罐燃料单耗为0.239×10~6大卡/吨
At present, there are many problems in the slab heating system in the early rolling mill. In order to explore the new heating system, in April 1981 we measured the heating temperature, heating time, gas consumption and ingot burning of low alloyed steel and other related process parameters. We have selected two cans of 20MnSi low alloy steel and conducted two different comparative heating and heating process tests in regenerative soaking furnaces. B tank is in accordance with the existing conventional heating system, the mathematical model of the computer operating procedures for burning steel. C tank is manually operated, in accordance with the new heating method for steel.
