信息化建设的口号已经提了几年,厂商也着实起劲推动了一阵子,虽说是势头不减,但是事实上,信息化的推进与企业现状之艰难,不是简单几个版面就可以总结的。 艰难的信息化之路 2001年12月,国家经贸委发布了以大型传统企业为调查对象,专门针对企业互联网应用和电子商务发展水平进行的一次综合调查结果。这个在2001年上半年进行、国内第一次以国务院职能部门身份组织的调查共发放了约1300份问卷,收回的问卷是648份。姑且不谈调查结果,单从不到50%反馈比例就可以感受到某种信息。
