从1976～1983年的八年里,我县供销系统共实现利润589.4万元,共发生财产损失224.1万元,其比例是2.63:1。在财产损失中,自然灾害损失占3.7％,火灾损失占1.5％,残损霉变损失占85.7％,短缺损失占2.9％,其它损失占6.2％。残损霉变损失占了整个财产损失的大头。根据我县的实际情况,我认为除了生产单位立担负的质量、包装方面的责任和运输部门应担负的运输责任外,商业部门应着重从以下几个方面去消灭或减少商品的残损霉变损失:
