选择贻贝为试样,经皂化后用CH2Cl2萃取,提取物经氧化铝柱脱色,浓缩后的样品溶于正己烷中,用紫外分光光度计在225nm和254nm波长上分别进行测定。结果表明,用波长254nm测定贻贝中的石油烃要比225nm的测定效果好;对脱色实验做了研究,用加标实验法计算了两波长测定结果的回收率(98.8%~110%),检测限分别是0.62×10-6(225nm)和0.052×10-6(254nm)。
The mussels were selected as samples. After saponification, the extracts were extracted with CH 2 Cl 2. The extract was decolorized by alumina column. The concentrated samples were dissolved in n-hexane and determined by UV spectrophotometer at 225 nm and 254 nm respectively. The results showed that the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons in mussel at 254 nm was better than that at 225 nm. The decoloration experiment was studied. The recovery of two wavelength determination results (98.8% -110% ). The detection limits were 0.62 × 10-6 (225nm) and 0.052 × 10-6 (254nm), respectively.
