研究了热浸镀Zn-Ti合金镀层的耐蚀性能。结果表明,Zn-Ti合金镀层耐蚀性较纯锌镀层有不同程度的提高,尤其是锌浴中钛含量为0.04%、0.06%和0.07%的合金镀层,其腐蚀速率降低为纯锌镀层的3/5~1/2,自腐蚀电位向正方向移动了20~40 m V,腐蚀电流密度降低。并通过SEM、EDS和XPS等测试手段,研究了钛含量对合金镀层内部组织的影响规律,探讨了钛对提高Zn-Ti合金镀层耐蚀性能的作用机理。
The corrosion resistance of hot dip Zn-Ti alloy coating was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Zn-Ti alloy coating is improved to some extent compared with pure zinc coating, especially the alloy coating with 0.04%, 0.06% and 0.07% titanium in zinc bath, the corrosion rate is reduced to pure zinc coating From 3/5 to 1/2, the corrosion potential moved 20 ~ 40 mV in the positive direction and the corrosion current density decreased. The influence of titanium content on the microstructure of the alloy coating was studied by means of SEM, EDS and XPS. The mechanism of titanium on improving the corrosion resistance of Zn-Ti alloy coating was also discussed.
