1.企业职业卫生管理机构主要有哪些职责?根据《职业病防治法》规定,用人单位应当“设置或者指定职业卫生管理机构或者组织,配备专职或者兼职的职业卫生专业人员,负责本单位的职业病防治工作……”。根据自2009年9月1日起施行的《作业场所职业健康监督管理暂行规定》(国家安全生产监督管理总局令第23号)的规定:“存在职业危害的生产经营单位应当设置或者指定职业健康管理机构,配备专职或者兼职的职业健康管理人员,负责本单位的职业危害防治工作。”
