国产头孢三嗪分别与丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素和羧苄青霉素联用对临床分离的5种38株革兰氏阴性菌的体外抗菌作用。结果表明:头孢三嗪与上述三种抗生素联用对所试菌株有协同作用,无拮抗作用发生。其中头孢三嗪与丁胺卡那霉素联用,72％的菌株呈现有协同作用;与庆大霉素联用,66％菌株呈现协同作用;与羧苄青霉素联用,76％菌株呈现协同作用。
In Vitro Antibacterial Activity of Domestic Ceftriaxime with 5 Kinds of 38 Gram Negative Strains Isolated with Kanamycin, Gentamicin and Carbenicillin. The results showed that ceftriaxone combined with the above three antibiotics had synergistic effect on the tested strains without any antagonism. Among them, cefotaxime was combined with amikacin, and 72% strains showed a synergistic effect. In combination with gentamicin, 66% strains showed synergistic effect. Combined with carbenicillin, 76% effect.
