本文研究了渗硼、高浓度碳氮共渗、超细化和正常处理等不同热处理工艺对GCr15钢耐磨性的影响.试验表明,高浓度C-N共渗无论在较高接触压力还是较低接触压力下,耐磨性均较好;渗硼处理在较低接触压力下耐磨性与高浓度C-N共渗处理的相近,而在较高接触压力下其耐磨性有所降低;超细化和正常处理的试样无论在哪种接触压力下,耐磨性都较差.
In this paper, the effects of different heat treatments, such as boronizing, high concentration carbonitriding, ultrafine treatment and normal treatment, on the wear resistance of GCr15 steel were studied.The results show that the high concentration CN co-infiltration has no influence on the wear resistance of GCr15 steel at high contact pressure or low contact Under the pressure, the wear resistance is better.
