我院自1991年4月至1992年5月应用DDD起搏器1例,VVIR6例。其中男性6例,女1例,年龄51~73岁。病窦综合征4例,Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞2例,三束支阻滞1例。起搏器和电极为Biotronik产品,Ergos 02-UP(DDDR)和Ergos 01-UP(SSIR)型,多种参数均可程控调整,具有遥感和传输信号的能力。DDDR有DDD、DVI、VDD、VVI、VOO、AAI、AOO、DOO和加有频率应答的多种工作方式,基础频率从31~113次/分共分8档,最高跟踪频率分100,125.150和171次/分4档。当自身心房率大于设定的频率时,可呈2:1或高度传导阻滞工作方

Sick sinus syndrome in 4 cases, Ⅱ degree atrioventricular block in 2 cases, three bundle branch block in 1 case. Pacemakers and electrodes are Biotronik, Ergos 02-UP (DDDR) and Ergos 01-UP (SSIR) models. Various parameters can be programmed for remote sensing and signal transmission.
