股骨转子间骨折是老年人常见骨折之一，非手术疗法因卧床时间较长，内科并发症多，死亡率高而逐渐被手术治疗所替代^[1－2]。手术虽然降低了该病的并发症及死亡率，也缩短了该病的疗程，但随着手术内固定的广泛开展，暴露出许多的围手术期护理问题。因此，恰当的围手术期护理显得非常重要。
