巴戟天水提物对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

目的研究巴戟天水提物对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注模型组和3个巴戟天不同剂量(45g/kg、15g/kg、05g/kg)的给药组,给药组每日灌胃给予相应剂量的巴戟天药液,另两组灌胃给予同容积的去离子水,共10天。观察心功能、心肌梗死面积、心肌Na+K+ATP酶、Ca2+ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)和丙二醛(MDA)等的变化。结果与缺血再灌注模型组相比,45g/kg给药组心功能明显改善,心律失常评分显著降低;45g/kg和15g/kg给药组心肌梗死面积显著缩小,SOD、CAT显著升高,MDA显著降低;45g/kg给药组Na+K+ATP酶、Ca2+ATP酶及GSHPx亦显著升高(P<005或P<001)。结论巴戟天水提物对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。 Objective To study the effects of extracts from Morinda officinalis on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, ischemia-reperfusion model group, and 3 different dosages (45g/kg, 15g/kg, 05g/kg) of the dosages of Morinda officinalis. The corresponding dose of Morinda citrifolia was given, and the other two groups were given intragastrically deionized water for 10 days. Cardiac function, myocardial infarct size, myocardial Na+K+ ATPase, Ca2+ATPase, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) and Malondialdehyde (MDA) and other changes. Results Compared with the ischemia-reperfusion model group, the cardiac function was significantly improved in the 45 g/kg administration group, and the arrhythmia score was significantly decreased; the infarct area of ​​the 45 g/kg and 15 g/kg administration groups was significantly reduced, and the SOD and CAT were significantly increased. MDA significantly decreased; Na+K+ATPase, Ca2+ATPase and GSHPx also increased significantly in the 45g/kg group (P<005 or P<001). Conclusion The extract of Morinda officinalis has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
