本文介绍了一种用线阵CCD作接收元件的相关速度实时测量系统,采用双阈值二值化提取边缘区域把复杂的相关计算转化成简单的逻辑与(AND)操作从而实现实时测量,并通过对多行数据间的相关峰进行最小二乘线性拟合,进一步提高了速度测量的精度和抗干扰能力。本系统用于热钢板速度的在线测量,基本克服了钢板上的铁锈、钢板振动、空气扰动、钢板间温度的差异及背景和环境变化的影响,具有快速、可靠、精度高的优点。
In this paper, a real-time measurement system of the relative velocity of a receiving element with a linear CCD is introduced. The dual-threshold binarization is used to extract the edge region to convert the complex correlation calculation into a simple logical AND operation so as to achieve the real-time measurement. Least-square linear fitting of the correlation peaks between multiple rows of data further improves the accuracy of the speed measurement and anti-interference ability. The system is used for on-line measurement of hot steel plate speed and basically overcomes the rust, steel plate vibration, air disturbance, steel temperature difference and background and environmental changes on the steel plate, with the advantages of fast, reliable and high precision.
