高砂水电厂1号机组自投产以来,就一直存在定子铁芯松动和定子运行温度高等先天不足的严重缺陷,发电机定子虽经多次局部修复和大修,运行条件有所改善,但由于未能对定子做结构性的改造,至今温度高、铁芯松动等问题仍未能彻底解决。给高电公司经营带来了很大的影响,2007年下半年利用1号机组扩大性大修机会对1号发电机定子进行结构性改造,达到了预期目的,提高了1号发电机运行的可靠性。文中从1号发电机投入运行以来存在的问题、改造的技术措施、改造方案的确定、发电机定子技术改造过程和技术改造后的效果分析等几方面简述了1号发电机定子改造情况。
