众所周知,在日常生活中注意适度的运动能够预防一系列生活习惯病,最近日本专家的一项研究进而表明:运动不仅对预防肥胖和高血压有显著作用,而且能够预防癌症中出现比例最高的大肠癌和近20年来死亡人数增加4倍之多的乳腺癌的发生。负责此项研究的是日本武库川女子大学生活环境系的内藤义彦教授,研究报告是他在大阪成人病中心对约8000名、年龄在35- 69岁的男性进行了长期(最长的6年)的健康追踪调查后得出的。此项研究首先对不同工作姿态下人们患结肠癌(大肠癌的主要类别)
