本文将苦味酸离子选择电极用于动力催化反应—电位法以测定痕量硒,效果良好。硒(Ⅳ)对于苦味酸离子与硫离子间的氧化还原反应具有显著的催化作用。以此为基础,在含硒(Ⅳ)试液中加入苦味酸盐和硫化钠溶液,在一定条件下用苦味酸离子选择电极测量其电位变化5 mv所需的时间(t),其倒数(1╱t)与溶液中硒(Ⅳ)含量成正比,在0.02~2.4μg(Se)/ml范围内线性关系良好。本法已满意地应用于小牛肝标样(美国NBS标样目录SRM1577)、酵母及人发中硒的测定。
In this paper, picric acid ion selective electrode was used for kinetic catalytic reaction - potential method to determine trace selenium, the effect is good. Selenium (Ⅳ) has a significant catalytic effect on the redox reaction between picric acid ions and sulfide ions. Based on this, picrates and sodium sulfide solutions are added to the test solution containing selenium (IV), and the picofunction ion-selective electrode is used to measure the time (t) required for changing the potential by 5 mv under certain conditions. The reciprocal ( 1 / t) is proportional to the content of selenium (Ⅳ) in the solution, and the linearity is good in the range of 0.02-2.4 μg (Se) / ml. This method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of selenium in calf liver samples (US NBS standard catalog SRM1577), yeast and human hair.
