植物microRNA(miRNA)是一类长度为20~25个核苷酸的内源性小分子RNA,在植物体内发挥重要的调控作用。综述了植物miRNA的产生途径、作用方式和生理功能,重点介绍了参与调控植物次生代谢产物生物合成的miRNA和药用植物中的miRNA研究情况,并对药用植物miRNA的研究进行了展望。
Plant miRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous small-molecule RNAs of 20-25 nucleotides in length that play an important regulatory role in plants. The pathways, modes of action and physiological functions of plant miRNAs were reviewed. The miRNAs involved in the regulation of the biosynthesis of plant secondary metabolites and miRNAs in medicinal plants were reviewed. The prospect of miRNAs in medicinal plants was also discussed.
