2009-2013年九江市手足口病流行病学特征分析

目的分析2009-2013年九江市手足口病流行特征,为科学防治手足口病提供依据。方法根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的手足口病发病统计数据,对2009-2013年九江市手足口病发病资料进行分析。结果 2009-2013年九江市共报告手足口病例28 822例,重症153例,死亡6例。发病高峰集中在13~26周,男性发病率高于女性,3岁及以下年龄的婴幼儿占病例总数的89.38%,散居儿童占84.47%。全市共报告实验室确诊病例902例,其中EV71感染病例最多,占39.46%。结论加强疫情和病原学监测,做好3岁及以下儿童手足口病防控工作是手足口病防控工作的重点。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Jiujiang from 2009 to 2013 and provide basis for scientific prevention and treatment of HFMD. Methods According to the incidence data of hand, foot and mouth disease in China’s disease prevention and control information system, the incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease in Jiujiang City from 2009 to 2013 was analyzed. Results From 2009 to 2013, Jiujiang City reported a total of 28 822 HFMD cases, 153 severe cases and 6 deaths. The peak incidence peaked at 13 to 26 weeks. The incidence of males was higher than that of females. Infants and children aged 3 and under accounted for 89.38% of the total cases and scattered children accounted for 84.47%. The city reported a total of 902 laboratory confirmed cases, of which EV71 infection cases, accounting for 39.46%. Conclusion Strengthened epidemiological and etiological monitoring, prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease in children aged 3 years and below is the focus of prevention and control of HFMD.
