高T_c氧化物超导材料问世以来,它的实际应用可能性引起了人们的广泛注意。这种材料的高脆性使得其加工成型非常困难,成为应用的主要障碍之一。本文将报道我们用等离子喷涂工艺研制成功液氮温区超导体的结果,运用此种工艺可以非常方便地在多种基体上复合这类材料,制备出实用超导器件,从而为氧化物超导材料的大规模工业化应用提供了一条有效的途径。
Since the advent of high T_c oxide superconducting materials, its practical application has aroused people’s attention. The high brittleness of this material makes it extremely difficult to machine and form one of the major obstacles to its application. In this paper, we report the results of our successful development of liquid nitrogen temperature superconductors by plasma spray process. By using this kind of process, it is very convenient to compound such materials on a variety of substrates to prepare practical superconducting devices, The large-scale industrial application provides an effective way.
