介绍高炉堵渣机构的基本结构,利用ADAMS软件对其进行运动学和动力学分析,找出性能缺陷;通过参数优化和无过约束的自调结构设计再次仿真分析,结果表明,堵渣机的各项性能得到提高,工作更加稳定可靠,消除了堵渣机对外界工作环境的敏感性。
