目的探讨15 d-6°头低位卧床模拟失重对女性个体情绪的影响。方法采用贝克焦虑量表(BAI),贝克抑制自评问卷(BDI)和正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)等对22名19~24岁女性志愿者在卧床前5 d、卧床期间(第5,10天)及卧床后(第5天)的情绪状态以及不同情绪症状出现率进行考察。结果 BAI分数表现出明显的高低变化波形曲线,BDI分数和PANAS消极情绪分数均表现出随着卧床的进行而缓慢降低的趋势。积极情绪分数稳定。情绪分数均在正常范围。“头晕”、“呼吸困难”、“痛苦”等负性情绪症状在卧床第5天时出现率增加;卧床期间大多数个体都出现“消化不良或腹部不适”、“食欲下降”症状;卧床结束后出现“腿部发抖”、“活跃情绪下降”等症状。结论头低位卧床使女性志愿者情绪经历从紧张、容易激动到平静,从痛苦到适应的过程。
Objective To investigate the effect of 15 d-6 ° head-on-bed simulated weightlessness on female individual emotion. Methods A total of 22 female volunteers aged 19 to 24 years old were enrolled in the study on the basis of BAI, BDI and PANAS, , 10 days) and bed rest (5 days), as well as the incidence of different emotional symptoms were investigated. Conclusion The head-lying bed makes female volunteers emotional experience from tension, easy excitement to calm, from pain to adapt to the process.
