为解决无配套合成氨装置的企业用氨问题,研究用氯化铵代替氨与湿法磷酸混合,加热反应脱氯生产磷铵料浆。通过正交实验考察反应温度、反应时间、n(N)/n(P)对氯脱除率的影响,同时考察料浆的流动性及黏结性。实验得出最佳反应条件是反应温度260~320℃、反应时间1~3 h、n(N)/n(P)=0.6,所得磷铵料浆可作为复合肥成粒的黏结剂。
In order to solve the problem of ammonia used in enterprises without supporting ammonia plant, ammonium chloride was used instead of ammonia to mix with wet-process phosphoric acid, and the reaction was dechlorinated by heating to produce ammonium phosphate slurry. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and n (N) / n (P) on the removal rate of chlorine were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The fluidity and cohesiveness of the slurry were also investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 260 ~ 320 ℃, reaction time 1 ~ 3 h, n (N) / n (P) = 0.6.
