实现船员管理由经验管理向现代人力资源管理的转变,是提高船员管理水平的必由之路。受市场需求、经营理念、管理体制、人员素质等方方面面因素的影响,这一转变的实践之路可能不尽相同。而笔者认为,充分利用成熟的计算机技术和系统理论,建立船员管理信息系统是十分有效和必要的。作为船员管理的专业公司,我们在这方面进行了一些探索,本文就我们的一些实践与思考同大家探讨。
The change of crew management from experience management to modern human resource management is the only way to improve the management level of crew. Affected by various factors such as market demand, business philosophy, management system, and personnel qualifications, the road to change may not be the same. The author believes that, make full use of mature computer technology and system theory, the establishment of crew management information system is very effective and necessary. As a professional company for crew management, we have made some explorations in this area. This article discusses some of our practices and considerations.
