目的:为了探讨腹主动脉螺旋CT三维重建的临床应用价值。材料与方法:使用TOSHIBAXPRESS/SX螺旋CT扫描机;以每秒5mm的进床速度,3mm的X线束厚度进行螺旋扫描;重建图像间隙为1.7mm;再用SUN SPARC STATION20工作站硬件,TOSHIBA XTENSION 2.01版本工作站软件,对10例患者的腹主动脉螺旋CT扫描数据进行三维重建。结果:10例中,有两例夹层动脉瘤,7例腹主动脉瘤,1例髂总动脉假性动脉瘤。腹主动脉CT扫描三维重建能显示腹主动脉全貌,动脉壁钙化及动脉瘤的形态、大小、位置、蒂部和血栓情况。结论:螺旋CT扫描获得的容积数据可以重建高质量的腹主动脉三维图像。能为临床医生提供腹主动脉直观的立体图像。便于临床医生制定手术方案。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal aorta spiral CT. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Spiral scan was performed using a TOSHIBAXPRESS / SX spiral CT scanner at a bed rate of 5 mm per second with a 3 mm X-ray beam thickness; reconstruction of an image gap of 1.7 mm; followed by SUN SPARC STATION 20 workstation hardware, TOSHIBA XTENSION version 2.01 Workstation software, 3D reconstruction of 10 cases of abdominal aortic spiral CT scan data. Results: In 10 cases, there were two cases of dissecting aneurysm, seven cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm and one case of common iliac artery pseudoaneurysm. Three-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal aorta CT scan can display the entire abdominal aorta, arterial wall calcification and aneurysm morphology, size, location, pedicle and thrombosis. Conclusion: Volumetric data obtained from spiral CT scan can reconstruct high quality abdominal aorta images. Can provide clinicians with an intuitive three-dimensional image of the abdominal aorta. Convenient clinicians to develop surgical options.
