通过调查得到的148家上市企业数据,运用静态面板数据模型,分析环境政治关联变化对工业企业污染排放、产量、技术创新的影响。实证发现,政治关联度下降会导致企业排污量的减少,同时会加大企业的技术创新。政府态度转变带来的影响在污染更为严重的纺织服装行业中更深,由此说明原先产值考核制度下环境污染问题的政企合谋是存在的,官员考核制度转变能解决一定程度的企业排污问题。
Based on the data of 148 listed companies surveyed, the static panel data model is used to analyze the impact of environmental political changes on the pollution discharge, output and technological innovation of industrial enterprises. The empirical results show that the decline of political connection will lead to the reduction of enterprises’ discharge of pollutants and will increase the technological innovation of enterprises. The impact of the change in government attitudes is even deeper in the more heavily-polluting textile and apparel industries. This shows that there exists a symbiosis of government and enterprises under the original output value appraisal system and that the change of officials’ appraisal system can solve a certain degree of enterprise sewage problems .
