为研究齐口裂腹鱼的精子活力,在显微镜下观察了不同pH值及不同浓度NaCl溶液中精子的运动时间和寿命.结果表明:齐口裂腹鱼精子对pH值的适应范围在5~9之间,pH值为7时精子的活力较好,快速运动时间为(42.56±1.81)s,精子寿命为(84.33±4.77)s;齐口裂腹鱼精子最适的NaCl溶液百分浓度为0.5%,其快速运动时间为(42.78±3.03)s,寿命为(119.89±11.75)s.在较低百分浓度的NaCl溶液中,精子寿命较长,但是快速运动时间较短,当NaCl百分浓度大于0.7%时,精子基本上会被抑制,加水稀释后精子被激活且不影响其活力.pH值过低或过高都会破坏精子的生理结构,使其死亡,0.8%~0.9%NaCl溶液可用作齐口裂腹鱼精液稀释剂室温暂时保存,且短时间内不会影响其活力.
In order to study the sperm motility of Siniperca chuatsi, the movement time and life span of sperm in NaCl solution with different pH values and different concentrations were observed under a microscope.The results showed that the adaptation range of sperm to pH value of Siniperca piscina was between 5 ~ 9, the sperm motility was better at pH 7, the rapid exercise time was (42.56 ± 1.81) s, and the sperm life was (84.33 ± 4.77) s. The optimum concentration of NaCl solution Was 0.5%, the rapid exercise time was (42.78 ± 3.03) s and the life span was (119.89 ± 11.75) s. In the lower concentration of NaCl solution, the sperm had longer life span but shorter time of rapid exercise. Sperm concentration is greater than 0.7%, the sperm is basically inhibited, diluted with water, sperm is activated and does not affect its vitality.pH value is too low or too high will destroy the physiological structure of sperm, causing death, 0.8% to 0.9% NaCl solution can be used as Qi mouth splitfish semen thinner temporarily stored at room temperature, and will not affect its vitality in a short time.
