目的:研究山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备方法。方法:采用溶剂法制备山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物,以山楂叶总黄酮与磷脂的复合率为评价指标,应用单因素考察和正交试验,确定其制备工艺条件。结果:选定山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备工艺条件为:无水乙醇为反应溶剂、药辅比1:2、反应物质量浓度20mg/mL、搅拌速度2 000r/min、于30℃搅拌2h至反应液澄清,除去溶剂后将能溶于二氯甲烷的物质真空干燥即得。按此工艺条件制备的山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物,复合率均达93%以上。结论:本研究建立的山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的制备工艺简单、稳定可靠、可操作性强,易于工业生产。
Objective: To study the preparation method of hawthorn leaf flavonoids phospholipid complex. Methods: Solvent was used to prepare hawthorn leaf total flavonoids phospholipid complex. The hawthorn leaf flavonoids and phospholipid compound rate was used as evaluation index. Single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to determine the preparation conditions. Results: The preparation conditions of the total flavonoid phospholipid complex of hawthorn leaf were as follows: absolute ethanol was the reaction solvent, the ratio of drug to drug was 1: 2, the concentration of reactants was 20mg / mL, the stirring speed was 2 000r / min, 2h to the reaction solution was clarified, after removing the solvent will be able to dissolve the material in dichloromethane vacuum drying derived. According to the process conditions prepared hawthorn flavonoids phospholipid complex, the compound rate of more than 93%. Conclusion: The preparation of hawthorn leaf total flavonoids phospholipid complex established in this study is simple, stable and reliable, maneuverability and easy to industrial production.
