大豆是黑龙江竹重要农作物之一。由于种植面积增加很快,大豆连作面积不断扩大,致使土壤养分失调,病虫害加剧,大豆生长发育受阻,产量下降。有关大豆连作减产的原因报道很多,但结论不尽一致。 土壤酶活性是土壤肥力和生产力的指标之一,国内外报道较多。但目前对大豆连作情况下土壤酶活性变化的报道不多。为此我们从1989年开始开展了有关问题的探讨。 一、材料与方法 试验采用田间小区和盆栽模拟相结合的方法进行。供试土壤为中层黑土。基础肥力为:有机碳1.54%,全
