在采用电力线进行供电的工业环境中,通信布线以及通信距离的限制越发显现,但直流电力线载波通信的方式以布线方便、通信稳定、传输距离远等优势逐渐成为人们的选择。所设计的低压直流电力线载波通信系统采用PWBS751和PWBS331分别作为整个低压直流电力线载波通信的主机、从机模块,配合外围直接耦合电力传输线的载波电路,实现载波信号在低压直流电力线上的全幅DC电压脉冲半双工通信。最后还对搭建好的低压直流电力线载波通信系统进行最高传输速率和稳定性测试,测试结果验证了该载波系统设计的可行性和可靠性。
In the industrial environment where the power line is used for power supply, communication wiring and the limitation of communication distance are more and more obvious. However, the way of the DC power line carrier communication has become the people’s choice with the advantages of convenient wiring, stable communication and long transmission distance. The designed low-voltage DC power line carrier communication system adopts PWBS751 and PWBS331 as the host and the slave module of the whole low-voltage DC power line carrier communication respectively and cooperates with the carrier circuit directly coupled with the power transmission line at the periphery to realize the full-scale DC voltage of the carrier signal on the low-voltage DC power line Pulse half-duplex communication. Finally, the highest transmission rate and stability test of the constructed low-voltage DC power line carrier communication system are also carried out. The test results verify the feasibility and reliability of the carrier system design.
