患者女性,31岁,巳婚。因阵发性头痛3月伴右下肢活动障碍4天,于1987年3月24日入院。患者自1986年12月始,每天有1～2次发作性头痛,每次数分钟,以左半侧为重,但波及整个头部,呈搏动性,间歇期无症状。1987年2月份起发作次数增多,4～5次/d,每次持续5～45分钟,无恶心、呕吐,也无视力障碍,3月份以来,日发达10余次,呈炸裂样伴大汗淋漓,有短时复视,入院前4天
