目的:对肠易激综合征(IBS)内脏高敏大鼠模型进行评估。方法:采用母子分离和乙酸刺激建立IBS内脏高敏大鼠模型。采用腹部回缩反射和避水应激实验评估模型。结果:1.母子分离可造成大鼠内脏高敏模型,大鼠第6、8、10周肠道敏感性明显增高,第11周避水应激后粪便粒数明显增多。2.乙酸刺激可造成大鼠内脏高敏模型,大鼠第6、8周肠道敏感性明显增高,第10周恢复正常,第11周避水应激后粪便粒数明显增多。结论:两种方法均可造成大鼠内脏高敏模型,但母子分离模型能更好的模拟IBS腹痛及排便异常症状。
Objective: To evaluate the visceral hypersensitivity rat model of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods: IBS visceral hypersensitivity rat model was established by separation of mother and child and acetic acid stimulation. Abdominal retractive reflex and water stress test model. Intestinal hypersensitivity model was induced by the separation of mother and child. The intestinal sensitivity of rats at 6th, 8th and 10th week was significantly increased, and the number of stool particles was significantly increased after water stress was induced in the 11th week. Acetic acid stimulation can cause visceral hypersensitivity model in rats. The intestinal sensitivity of rats in 6th and 8th weeks was significantly increased, returned to normal in the 10th week, and significantly increased in the 11th week after water stress. Conclusion: Both methods can cause visceral hypersensitivity in rats, but the mother-child separation model can better simulate IBS abdominal pain and defecation abnormalities.
