物料的存储是工业生产中必不可少的程序,对物料参数的实时检测也就应运而生,物料的多少将直接影响到企业生产进度和生产安全。传统测量方法都只是测量料仓内一点料位,不能代表整个料仓。激光测量由于其发射角极小,为料仓内物料的3D测量带来了可能。文章给出了3D激光料位计的组成结构、取点策略和算法设计。解决了料仓三维料位测量问题。
Material storage is an indispensable process in industrial production, real-time detection of material parameters also came into being, the amount of material will directly affect the production schedule and production safety. Traditional measurement methods are only measuring the material level within the silo, can not represent the entire silo. Due to its extremely small launch angle, laser measurement offers the possibility of 3D measurement of the material in the silo.
