咪唑/环氧树脂体系固化反应的研究

本文应用DSC、FT-IR对咪唑固化双酚A二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂的固化反应机理进行了研究。结果表明,咪唑/二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂的固化反应是分两步独立进行的,第一步是环氧基的加成反应,第二步是环氧基的催化聚醚反应。对咪唑固化四缩水甘油胺型、缩水甘油酯与脂环型环氧树脂的固化反应特征、动力学及其固化反应活性也进行了研究。 In this paper, the curing reaction mechanism of imidazole curing bisphenol A diglycidyl ether epoxy resin was studied by DSC and FT-IR. The results showed that the curing reaction of imidazole / diglycidyl ether epoxy resin was carried out independently in two steps. The first step was the addition reaction of epoxy groups. The second step was epoxy-catalyzed polyether reaction. The curing reaction characteristics, kinetics and curing reactivity of imidazole-cured tetraglycidyl amine, glycidyl ester and alicyclic epoxy resin were also investigated.
