建设优秀班集体,这是班主任刻意追求的目标。因为“不管用什么样的劝说,也做不到一个真正组织起来的自豪的集体所能做到的一切。”(见《马卡连柯全集》3卷)至于建设优秀班集体的办法,是多种多样的,其中组织学生创作并唱自己的“班歌”,不失为增加班集体凝聚力的好办法。少先队有队歌,学校有校歌,可一个班级有自己的班歌,似乎还是一件新鲜事。但唯其新鲜,才会产生吸引力和号召力。前些年,受社会文化思潮的影响,许多学生嘴里经常哼唱的是社会上流行一时的通俗歌曲、流行歌曲,而真正反映他们自己学习生活的歌曲极少。由此,我产生了组织学生创作班歌的想法。我班是一个文理科混合班,为了尽快形成一个新的有凝聚力的班集体,通过集体的力量团结、教育每一个学生,新学年开学不久,我向同学们提出了大家
