[目的]检测结肠癌患者血清结肠癌特异性抗原-3(CCSA-3)和CCSA-4表达的变化,探讨其相关的临床意义。[方法]选取我院2014年5月~2016年4月诊治的结肠癌患者116例,另取同期我院健康体检非肿瘤个体60例作为正常对照。ELISA法检测CCSA-3和CCSA-4表达。[结果]CCSA-3和CCSA-4在结肠癌患者外周血血清中的表达量分别为(45.36±11.53)ng/ml和(52.17±13.26)ng/ml,均显著高于对照组的(17.24±3.62)ng/ml和(18.42±3.74)ng/ml(P<0.01)。Dukes分期A、B期患者CCSA-3表达量为(37.28±8.43)ng/ml,显著低于C、D期患者的(52.90±10.47)ng/ml(P<0.05);A、B期患者CCSA-4表达量为(42.16±9.22)ng/ml,显著低于C、D期患者的(61.51±15.34)ng/ml(P<0.05)。高分化患者CCSA-3表达量为(35.08±8.26)ng/ml,显著低于中、低分化患者的(50.37±11.07)ng/ml(P<0.05);高分化患者CCSA-4表达量为(38.27±8.73)ng/ml,显著低于中、低分化患者的(58.94±14.85)ng/ml(P<0.05)。[结论]结肠癌患者外周血血清中CCSA-3和CCSA-4高表达,CCSA-3和CCSA-4有可能成为结肠癌诊断、临床分级、预后评估的新血清标记物。
[Objective] To detect the changes of serum colon cancer specific antigen-3 (CCSA-3) and CCSA-4 in patients with colon cancer and to explore its clinical significance. [Methods] 116 patients with colon cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were selected. Another 60 non-tumor individuals in our hospital during the same period were selected as normal controls. The expression of CCSA-3 and CCSA-4 was detected by ELISA. [Results] The expression levels of CCSA-3 and CCSA-4 in peripheral blood of patients with colon cancer were (45.36 ± 11.53) ng / ml and (52.17 ± 13.26) ng / ml respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group ± 3.62 ng / ml and 18.42 ± 3.74 ng / ml, respectively (P <0.01). The expression of CCSA-3 in Dukes stage A and B was significantly lower than that in stage C and D (37.28 ± 8.43 ng / ml, 52.90 ± 10.47 ng / ml, P <0.05) The expression of CCSA-4 was (42.16 ± 9.22) ng / ml, which was significantly lower than that of CCSA-4 (61.51 ± 15.34) ng / ml (P <0.05). The expression of CCSA-3 in well differentiated patients was (35.08 ± 8.26) ng / ml, which was significantly lower than that in moderately and poorly differentiated patients (50.37 ± 11.07 ng / ml, P <0.05) (38.27 ± 8.73) ng / ml, which was significantly lower than that of moderate and poorly differentiated patients (58.94 ± 14.85 ng / ml, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of CCSA-3 and CCSA-4 in peripheral blood of patients with colon cancer is highly expressed. CCSA-3 and CCSA-4 may be the new serum markers for the diagnosis, clinical grade and prognosis of colon cancer.
