以电镜和立体学测量相结合的方法,观察了氰戊菊酯与甲苯对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞(PMφ)联合毒性的形态学变化。结果发现,二化合物在对PMφ的微丝、微管、线粒体、溶酶体和PMφ整体形态的超微结构毒性上均存在一定拮抗作用。
The morphological changes of combined toxicity of fenvalerate and toluene on rat pulmonary alveolar macrophages (PMφ) were observed by a combination of electron microscopy and stereological measurements. The results showed that the two compounds had some antagonistic effects on the ultrastructural toxicity of microfilaments, microtubules, mitochondria, lysosomes and PMφ in PMφ.
