在企业经营管理中,人力资源管理是其中的重要组成部分。其是通过人才有效开发和利用,根据企业单位需要对于人力资源实施科学有效的管理,以将人力资源的潜在能力充分地发挥出来,为企业创造更高的经济效益。煤炭企业作为我国的基础能源单位,在市场市场经济形势下,管理模式也相应地发生了变化。但是出于知识经济时代的企业竞争,人力的竞争愈加激烈,这就需要煤炭企业适应市场需要强化人力资源管理,以提高自身的市场竞争优势。面对煤炭企业目前所存在的人力资源管理问题,采取必要的改进措施是非常必要的。
