采用敲击共振、激光脉冲、比较法、非稳态法、顶杆法等研究了Ti45Nb合金的热物理性能。结果表明,从室温~300℃,Ti45Nb合金的泊松比受温度的影响较小,杨氏模量和剪切模量随温度的升高而迅速下降,热扩散率和热导率随着温度的升高呈线性增加,比热容随温度升高呈抛物线增加,线热膨胀量在50℃以前呈抛物线增加,50℃以后呈线性增加;瞬时线膨胀系数在100℃前随着温度的升高呈线性增加,100℃后趋于稳态。
The thermophysical properties of Ti45Nb alloy were studied by using percussive resonance, laser pulse, comparative method, unsteady method and mandrel method. The results show that from room temperature to 300 ℃, the Poisson’s ratio of Ti45Nb alloy is less affected by temperature. The Young’s modulus and shear modulus decrease rapidly with the increase of temperature. The thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity vary with the temperature , The specific heat capacity increased linearly with the increase of temperature. The linear thermal expansion increased linearly before 50 ℃ and linearly increased after 50 ℃. The instantaneous linear expansion coefficient was linear with the increase of temperature before 100 ℃ Increase, after 100 ℃ tends to steady state.
