以往国内报告的肠原性紫绀大都由进食含有过量亚硝酸盐的蔬菜所引起,病者多为儿童,随着人民生活水平的提高,近20多年来未见报道。本组22例均为误食亚硝酸钠(误将其当作食盐加入菜中)引起急性中毒。临床资料:男16例,女6例。年龄自17—52岁,多为青壮年。(1)误食至出现症状时间:短的仅10分钟,长的约1小时,16/22在30分钟内发病。(2)主要症状表现在血液、神经和消化系统,尤为明显的是口唇、指趾端、表颊呈蓝褐色,重则全身皮肤粘膜发绀(见附面)。(3)实验室检查:19例查白细胞总数和分类,其中11/19增高,且中性白细胞占85%,全部系男性,病情也重。14例查尿常规,仅2例镜检有少许白细胞,12例查大便常规,均正常。
The previous domestic reports of enterocolitica cyanosis mostly caused by eating vegetables containing excessive nitrite, mostly children, with the improvement of people’s living standards, the past 20 years has not been reported. The group of 22 patients were eating sodium nitrite (mistakenly treated as salt into the vegetables) caused acute poisoning. Clinical data: 16 males and 6 females. Age from 17-52 years, mostly young adults. (1) Time to food and time to symptoms: short 10 minutes, long about 1 hour, 16/22 onset within 30 minutes. (2) The main symptoms are manifested in the blood, nerves and digestive system, especially the lips, the toe, the blue cheeks and the cyanosis of the mucosa of the whole body (see attached). (3) laboratory tests: 19 cases of white blood cell count and classification, of which 11/19 increased, and 85% of neutrophils, all male, the condition is also heavy. Urine routine examination of 14 cases, only 2 cases of microscopic examination of a few white blood cells, 12 cases checked stool routine, are normal.
