摘自《首钢科技》,1983,№6,刘京华的文章: 为扩大钢坯断面,首钢轧钢厂摸索出了无槽轧制新工艺。无槽轧制是在连轧机的粗轧机组的最初几个机架中,采用立式和水平交叉的平辊以获得大压下量轧制,从而可扩大钢坯断面。试验是在300mm连轧机上进行的。长度12m的钢坯,在三段连续式加热炉中加热至规定温度后,进入粗轧机组轧制,又经1号飞剪切头后进入精轧机组轧成成品,由2号飞剪分段后进入齿条式双面冷床,然后经冷剪精整检查包装出厂。在进行无槽轧制时,只是把1号和2号轧机改为平辊,其他保持原孔型系统不变。
