目的:研究妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(GTT)中P糖蛋白(P-GP)和谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST-π)的表达与化疗耐药性的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测P-GP和GST-π在GTT中的表达。结果:正常早孕绒毛、完全性葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎及绒毛膜癌中的P-GP表达逐渐降低(P<0.05)。P-GP在病灶直径≥3cm和WHO评分≥8分者的染色强度低于<3cm及<8分者。化疗耐药者P-GP表达与敏感者差异无显著性(P>0.05),耐药者GST-π表达明显高于敏感者(P<0.01)。结论:P-GP与GTT分化程度及患者预后有关。GST-π为GTT获得性耐药机制之一,对GTT病例的耐药性评价有重要意义。
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of P-GP and GST-π and the chemoresistance in gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT). Methods: The expression of P-GP and GST-π in GTT was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of P-GP in normal early pregnancy villus, complete hydatidiform mole, invasive hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma decreased gradually (P <0.05). P-GP in the lesion diameter ≥ 3cm and WHO score ≥ 8 points staining intensity less than <3cm and <8 points. The expression of P-GP in chemoresistant patients was not significantly different from that in susceptible patients (P> 0.05). The expression of GST-π in drug-resistant patients was significantly higher than that in susceptible patients (P <0.01). Conclusion: P-GP and GTT differentiation and prognosis of patients. GST-π is one of the mechanisms of acquired resistance to GTT, and is of great significance for the evaluation of drug resistance in GTT cases.
