高温铸造包埋材料主要用于高熔点金属(如不锈钢、钴铬合金、镍铬合金等)的耐火包埋,在口腔修复技术中应用于铸造冠、桥、嵌体、烤瓷牙金属基底及(?)支托等的蜡型包埋,金属熔铸过程。随着口腔修复学的发展,铸造包埋技术的应用日趋广泛,对铸造包埋材料在耐高温性、强度、透气性及不污染金属等方面,提出了越来越高的要求。国外包埋材料的各方面性能都比较好,但其价格较高,不太适合我国国情。因此,寻找一种性能优良,操作方便,且价格合理的包埋材料是很有必要的。我们经过多次试用和改进,研制出了高温铸造包埋材料(以下简称YB材料)及其专用调和液,经质量检测已达到国外同类产品的水平,可满足高熔合金包埋铸造的要求。现将其性能检测及使用方法介绍如下。

The casting embedding materials have higher and higher requirements in terms of high temperature resistance, strength, air permeability and non-pollution of metals. Foreign embedded materials in all aspects of the performance is better, but its higher prices, not suitable for China's national conditions. Therefore, looking for a good performance, easy operation, and reasonable price of embedded materials is necessary. After several trials and improvements, we have developed a high-temperature casting embedding material (hereinafter referred to as YB material) and its special blending liquid. The quality inspection has reached the level of similar foreign products to meet the requirements of high-melting-alloy embedding and casting. Now its performance testing and use the method described below.
