最近,台湾信义文化基金会及台湾大学管理学院等,组织两岸及香港学者与企业界人士,在台北及高雄开会讨论两岸企业员工价值观之差异以及如何促进合作等问题,受到各界的重视。 工作价值观问题是当今国际管理学界十分关心的问题。因为经济的迅速发展,高科技的广泛应用,对从业人员提出了新的挑战。这种新形势不仅要求人的知识、技能的提高,也要求一种新的价值观,即人们所持有的较为持久、较为稳定的信念,一定的行为模式,应付各种变化的态度与内在的规范。
Recently, the Taiwan Lutheran Cultural Foundation and the Taiwan University School of Management, etc., organized cross-Strait and Hong Kong scholars and business people to meet in Taipei and Kaohsiung to discuss differences in the values of employees across the Taiwan Strait and how to promote cooperation. The issue of work values is a topic of great concern to international management scholars today. Because of the rapid economic development, the widespread application of high technology has posed new challenges to practitioners. This new situation requires not only the enhancement of human knowledge and skills, but also a new kind of values, that is, the longer-lasting and more stable beliefs people hold, certain behavioral patterns, attitudes and internal changes that deal with various changes specification.
