伽师瓜,维吾尔语称卡拉克赛,是新疆知名的晚熟甜瓜品种。其糖份含量高,凤味独特,耐贮耐运,80年代中期打入了内地市场并享誉国内。为使伽师瓜形成优势产业,我们进行了伽师瓜栽培技术的试验示范工作。并总结出以“开沟、整枝、防病”为中心的配套栽培技术。 Jiashi melon, Uyghur language called kalaksai, Xinjiang is well-known late-maturing melon varieties.
