为促进大田栽培过程中北柴胡种子的萌发率,以北柴胡(Buplerurum chinense DC.)种子为试验材料,用不同配比的茉莉酸甲酯、壳聚糖混合液进行浸种24 h;以清水浸种作为CK,测定分析种子含水量、体积、发芽率及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸含量等指标。结果表明:不同混合液浸种均有促进北柴胡种子萌发的作用。在发芽率最高的35 d,混合液处理后发芽率均显著高于对照,但T3和T4处理差异不显著,T3和T4与其他处理间差异显著;T2处理的种子含水量的最大相对变化率最大,T3和对照差异最小,除T3和对照外,其他处理间差异显著;体积呈现先下降再上升的趋势,且T4体积最大;可溶性糖含量整体出现下降-上升-下降-上升的波状变化;在种子萌发过程中可溶性蛋白质含量整体呈现减少趋势;到35 d时,CK和T3氨基酸含量比初始含量是增加的,而T1、T2和T4氨基酸含量比初始含量低。通过隶属函数分析进行综合评价,筛选出壳聚糖10 mg/m L与茉莉酸甲酯224.3μg/m L组合浸种效果最好,发芽率为54%;为北柴胡人工栽培过程中促进种子萌发效率提供参考。
