本文研究了对40Cr 钢制汽车零件进行低温碳氮共渗的特点是使用50%NH_3+50%天然气作为碳氮共渗的介质。研究结果表明:钢在氨和天然气混合气氛中,于570℃氮化6~8小时,钢表面可保证形成厚度达20微米的ε和γ相和厚0.3毫米左右的扩散层。能提高疲劳强度和零件寿命1倍以上,具有较大的经济效果。
This paper studies the characteristics of low temperature carbonitriding of 40Cr steel automotive parts using 50% NH 3 + 50% natural gas as carbonitriding medium. The results show that the steel is nitrided at 570 ℃ for 6-8 hours in a mixture of ammonia and natural gas. The surface of the steel can ensure the formation of ε and γ phases with a thickness of 20 μm and the diffusion layer with a thickness of about 0.3 mm. Can improve fatigue strength and parts life more than 1 times, with greater economic effects.
