通过在焙烧氰化工艺产生的尾渣中添加一种添加剂进行焙烧,再利用常规的氰化方法可以将尾渣中的部分金银浸出,使尾渣中的金银得以部分回收。在添加剂对金银回收有效性实验的基础上,采用正交实验主要研究了添加剂用量、焙烧温度和时间对焙烧处理后的尾矿中金银的浸出率的影响。结果表明,所选用的添加剂能够提高焙烧氰化尾矿中金银的浸出率,添加剂的用量对银浸出率影响较小,对金的浸出率影响比较明显。在适当范围内增加添加剂的用量和提高焙烧温度,均有助于金银浸出率的提高;随着焙烧时间的延长,金银的浸出率越高。正交实验确定的对金银浸出率均比较高的较优水平为焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间3h,添加剂用量为尾矿重量的25%,可以使焙烧处理的尾矿中金银的浸出率分别达到35.93%和52.15%。
By adding an additive to the tailings produced by the roasting cyanidation process for roasting, a part of the gold and silver in the tailings can be leached by the conventional cyanidation method to partially recover gold and silver in the tailings. On the basis of experiments on the effectiveness of additives for gold and silver recovery, orthogonal experiments were used to study the effect of additive amount, calcination temperature and time on the leaching rate of gold and silver in the tailings after roasting.
